Exclusive Video Shows Caitlyn Jenner Fatal Car Crash, Leaving One Dead

Earlier this year in February 2015, Bruce Jenner better known as Caitlyn Jenner was involved in a four car accident in Malibu, California. The exclusive video footage is from a bus actually going in the opposite direction. This footage will help investigators determine who was at fault, in which this car crash did have one fatality.

These surveillance images shows Caitlyn Jenner’s Black Cadillac Escalade which was towing a trailer that had an off road vehicle on it, hitting two cars that were in front of Jenner’s vehicle at the time. The white Lexus was driven by Kim Howe, who collided with an oncoming black Hummer pursuing in the opposite direction. Howe was the one who died in the car crash.
After the releasing of this video here is what Jenner’s attorney Philip Boesch told ET: “As part of a reasonable investigation, we have seen parts of an MTA bus video, and when all of the photographic and video evidence of this tragic accident, and all available witness information, is made available to us, we will be in a better position to make fair comments.”

Kim Howe’s stepchildren filed a wrongful death suit against Jenner on May 1st. What exactly they are seeking is unknown, but they said, “careless, negligent, and reckless.” At this point Caitlyn has not been charged with any crime and after the crash where she was uninjured she voluntarily cooperated with authorities in which she passed a field sobriety test, also submitted blood samples for drug and alcohol testing.

Here is what Caitlyn Jenner said after the crash: “My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the families and loved ones and to all of those involved or injured in this terrible accident,” she said via her lawyer on Thursday. “I will continue to pray for them and I will continue to cooperate in every way possible.”
