On Wednesday Justin Bieber is expected to plead guilty to misdemeanor charges of careless driving and resisting arrest without violence in January’s arrest in Miami Beach. Bieber has agreed to take anger management courses and make $50,000 charitable donation as well. It will be a lessor charge if he pleads guilty in his arrest in Florida earlier this year, rather than taking the original charge of driving under the influence. Doing it this way this pleas agreement does not call for any jail time. The hearing is on Wednesday and Bieber is not expected to attend it.
Being arrested on January 23rd in Miami, Florida police described the arrest as illegal street racing with Bieber’s rented yellow Lamborghini and other Ferrari driven by his friend hip hop singer Khalil Amir Sharieff. Both were not charged for drag racing due to little evidence they were exceeding the speed limit.
